Construction of sanitary sewer system improvements, including new Champlain Street pump station; new replacement Hospital Pump Station; new Route 6 pump station; demolition of existing Chicago Road and Warehouse Drive pump stations; and new sanitary forcemains, gravity sewers, manholes, watermain, and site improvements. Sealed bids for the construction will be received at City Hall located at 301 West Madison Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, until January 13, 2026, at 10:30 am local time. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
