Site work for a mixed-use development in McCall, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and transportation facility.
Construction and maintenance work will be performed on multiple backcountry airstrips within the Payette National Forest. The project includes grading, surfacing, and compacting runway areas to ensure safe aircraft operations. Additional tasks involve clearing vegetation, repairing drainage systems, and improving access roads as needed. Work will comply with applicable FAA and Forest Service standards for backcountry airstrips, focusing on enhancing safety and usability for recreational and emergency aviation purposes. The Contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 515 calendar days. The estimated cost range for this project is $500,000 to $2,000,000. All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer, Kellie Shaw, at kellie.shaw@usda.gov and the COR, Paul Mccloskey at paul.mccloskey@usda.gov. All questions must be received no later than December 15, 2025, by 1630 MST to be considered prior to solicitation close date. All Q&A will be posted to all potential offerors so offerors should not provide any proprietary or protected information in their questions. Period of Performance: 05/15/2025-10/12/2027 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
