This project involves Design-Build HVAC work for the Inert Component Processing Building (ICPB, Bldg. #6589) at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor, WA to provide proper airflow, temperature, and humidity for the Weapons Operation Command Center (WOC, Room 206). The work will take place both in and outside of the WOC. This project will provide temperature and humidity control to the WOC, mitigate operational stoppages caused by temperature and humidity out of tolerance conditions, and improving quality of life by adding equipment for heating and cooling. The scope of this project covers Phase 3 out of 3 of a series of HVAC replacement work. Place of Performance – Building 6589 at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, WA PPIs shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Robert Treves at Robert.a.treves.civ@us.navy.mil with a copy to Contracting Officer Tim Smart at Timothy.s.smart.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions shall be clearly stated, and include the solicitation, specification, or drawing reference and provided in MS WORD format. PPIs will be accepted up to 23 December 2025. Responses to all PPIs received by the cut-off date will be published via amendment to the solicitation. Project Description The work includes HVAC Design/Build for the WOC room 206 to provide proper, airflow, and temperature requirements and incidental related work. Provide a new rooftop self-contain direct expansion system with integral air-handling unit for the WOC.
