Edina Public Schools Independent School District #273 will receive bids for the Edina Community Center - door #7 stair replacement. Bids must be addressed to John Toop, Director of Business Services, Edina Public Schools, and the envelope must be clearly marked to indicate the contents. Bidders are required to submit proposals on bid forms provided in the project manual, along with a certified check or bidder's bond payable to the district in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory labor and material payment bond and performance bond. Independent School District #273 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding or advertisement, and to select the bid that best meets the needs of the district.
