Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Timothy McKay Memorial Park Building Remodel, City of Show Low Project. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the remodel of restrooms and recreation room of the building in the park. This project includes the removal of existing floor structure, interior walls, exterior doors, and restrooms and installation of new accessible restrooms, flooring, interior walls, exterior doors, and other necessary appurtenances. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Submit written questions to Trampas Johnston, Engineering Project Manager, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 or tjohnston@showlowaz.gov. The contractor's scope also includes all installation of and connections to existing power, telecommunication, security cameras, and access control services related to this project. The contactor shall complete usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner. The City will provide permitted plans. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
