Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of all necessary skilled labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material for HVAC and mechanical services at Garrison Petawawa. Bidders are required to actively hold or obtain all required security clearance(s) prior to the date of the award, specifically a valid and active Designated Organization Screening (DOS) granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Contractors that intend to submit a bid and do not actively hold the required security clearance should begin the security clearance application process by applying through Defence Construction Canada's Industrial Security Program (ISP). In their sponsorship request application, contractors are asked to quote the Advance Procurement Notice (APN) number, contract number, and level of clearance requested to be sponsored for.
