The Washburn County Highway Department requests bid proposals for crack filling operations on approximately 22.01 miles of various county roads. Work includes routing and sealing cracks, with a list of roads available to bidders upon request. Crack filling is to be bid per pound for all work completed according to contract provisions. An estimated 50,000 pounds of material is expected, but actual quantities may vary, and no unit price changes will be allowed for overruns or underruns. All work is to be completed before July 10, 2026. Contractors are encouraged to inspect the road sections prior to bidding. Bidders must submit references for similar work on county or state highways. All inquiries and requests for interpretations must be made in writing to the Washburn County Highway Commissioner. Requests for interpretation must be received at least seven days before the review date, and supplemental instructions or addenda will be issued as needed.
