Work includes, but is not limited to: permanent stabilization of approximately 2,900 square feet of the failing embankment on the westerly side of Country Lane, including an unnamed stream bank at the toe of the embankment, with stone fill and heavy-type riprap; removal of temporary concrete barriers; a 15-inch CMP culvert; installation of an 18-inch HDPE culvert with precast concrete headwall; guardrail installation; realignment, regrading, and replacement of a 120-foot portion of Country Lane; and incidental site work. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders section of the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid.
