Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carrboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Carrboro is seeking informal bids for Westwood Cemetery Drainage and Site improvements. The project consists of grading, installation of a rain garden, removal of trees, and removal and installation of asphalt pavement. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work . Bidders must complete minority participation form or Good Faith Effort Questionnaire as detailed in Section 00 20 00 Article 6 . Bidders shall submit bids on a not to exceed basis and the contract shall be awarded on this basis . Question Deadline 03/25/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Please submit questions or inquiries. Questions or inquiries past this deadline may not be addressed by the Town prior to the Bid Due Date. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to Project Manager by this time and date. The Town of Carrboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids as it may deem to be in its best interest .
