Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Greenville is accepting proposals for the supply and installation of seven glass window panes and one outward-swinging patio door, as a package purchase, meeting the specifications outlined, for the Greenville Department of Public Safety building. No sales tax may be added to the proposal price as the City of Greenville is sales tax exempt. Additional specifications for the requested door and window panes are found on the next page of this document. Companies proposing equipment outside of the proposal specifications need to also provide the justification as to why the listed specifications could not be met and how the equipment proposed meets or exceeds the requested merchandise listed. Companies are permitted to propose more than one bid on this project, especially if a company has multiple manufacturers of patio doors and window panes available that meet the specifications of this project. Companies are encouraged to meet with the contact person and view both the window and door installation areas to obtain specific measurements and information prior to submitting a bid, if so desired.
