Milling and overlay of approximately 10,000 square yards of Township Roads Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
