This Invitation to Quote is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Asphalt Road Patching Service The work shall include the preparation of either the following: .an existing temporary Granular "A" base OR An existing asphalt base and paving, ensuring suitable compaction of the subbase Preparation for both existing temporary Granular "A" and asphalt bases may include but are not limited to: Saw cutting and ground lap joints of asphalt joints Removal and disposal of asphalt and or temporary Granular "A" fill Placement and compaction of Granular "A" to achieve 50mm HL4 or 90mm HL3 depth Removal of surface debris (sweeping) when required The term of this contract is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the Town to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years.
